  • Access: Upon successful payment or registration for free materials, you will receive access to the digital content via your user account or a direct download link in your email.

  • Updates: We reserve the right to update, modify, or withdraw any assessment pack or service at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices for paid assessment packs and services are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via our designated third-party payment gateways; Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for. 

5. Refunds and Cooling Off Period

Under UK consumer law, consumers have a 14-day “cooling-off” period to cancel online purchases. However, there are specific rules for digital content.

  • Digital Downloads: By initiating the download or accessing a digital assessment pack immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to receiving the digital content before the 14-day cooling-off period expires, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel and request a refund once the download or access has commenced.

  • Faulty Goods: If a digital product is defective or not as described, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or a proportionate refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Highrise Learning, including text, graphics, logos, assessment questions, and software infrastructure, is the property of Highrise Learning or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

  • Licence for Use: When you download a free or paid assessment pack, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or resell any part of our materials; including sharing question banks with other parents or tutoring centres without our express written consent.

7. Limitations and Liability

While we strive to ensure our 11+ assessment materials are accurate and reflect current exam standards, we do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or exam success.

  • Highrise Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or materials.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service in dispute.
