Access: Upon successful payment or registration for free materials, you will receive access to the digital content via your user account or a direct download link in your email.
Updates: We reserve the right to update, modify, or withdraw any assessment pack or service at any time without prior notice.
All prices for paid assessment packs and services are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via our designated third-party payment gateways; Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Faulty Goods: If a digital product is defective or not as described, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or a proportionate refund.
